Who new... manitou springs approves dogs pooping all over the park! I stopped by today.. ALLLLLL dog bags are removed! Who knew... mantiou springs now approves dog pooping everywhere! Laws in manitou just dont exist anymore unless a curropt cop

I walk in this park regularly. It's almost never packed but there are always a few more people enjoying the beautiful trees, shrubs, and places to sit by the creek.
